Terms of service
By placing an order with Behind The Ropes Golf you agree to the following.
Made to order. Every display case is built after you order it. Production takes 2-3 weeks before shipping.
Engraving is final. You enter and approve your engraving text in the customizer before adding a case to your cart. We engrave exactly what you approved, including spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. Please read it through before you confirm.
Pricing and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case you are refunded in full.
Product images. Illustrations and previews show the plate and case layout. Memorabilia shown in previews is illustrative and is not included with your case.
Warranty. Every case carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship, described in full on our warranty page. It does not cover damage from drops, impacts, extreme heat or moisture, or prolonged direct sunlight.
Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
