Group & Committee Orders
Most tournaments recognise their volunteer corps all at once — at the end of a season, an anniversary, or a committee changeover. Ordering ten or fifty cases is a different job from ordering one, so we handle it directly rather than through the customizer.
How it works
- Tell us roughly how many cases you need and when you need them.
- We confirm pricing, wood and size options, and a production schedule against your date.
- You send the engraving details as a list — one line per volunteer. No one has to fill in a form each.
- We send proofs for every case before anything is engraved.
What to include in your message
- How many cases, if you know
- The date they are needed for, and what the occasion is
- Whether they should all match, or vary by years of service
- Anything unusual you want displayed
If you are not sure of the numbers yet, send what you have. We would rather start the conversation early than have you guess.
Every case in a group order carries the same lifetime warranty as a single one: if anything ever goes wrong with the wood, glass, hardware or engraving, we repair or replace it.
