Settings -> Policies. The connector is missing the `write_legal_policies` scope,
so these three have to go in by hand. Only "Privacy policy" exists today, which
is why the checkout footer shows a single link.
Paste each block into its own field, then Save. They appear at checkout
automatically once populated.

## Refund policy
Every display case is handcrafted to order, so our return terms depend on
whether the case was engraved for you.
**Personalized / engraved items.** Because the brass plate is engraved with your
text, these cases cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or an
error on our part. You approve the exact engraving in the customizer before you
order and we produce it precisely as shown, so please read it through carefully.
If the engraving does not match what you approved, we remake the case at no
charge.
**Non-personalized items.** Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item
must be unused and in its original packaging. Email info@behindtheropesgolf.com
and we will send a prepaid return label.
**Damaged in transit.** Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we
will arrange a replacement at no charge.
**Exchanges.** We are happy to exchange non-personalized items for a different
size or wood type within 30 days of delivery.
**Cancellations.** Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before
production begins. Once a plate has been engraved, a personalized order can no
longer be cancelled.
Separately from returns, every case carries a lifetime warranty against defects
in materials and craftsmanship.

## Shipping policy
Every display case is handcrafted to order in the United States. Please allow
2-3 weeks for production before your order ships.
Shipping is free on every display case within the continental United States.
There is no minimum order to reach. An expedited shipping option is available at
checkout; it moves the case faster once it leaves our shop but does not change
the 2-3 week production time.
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking
number by email. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US,
contact info@behindtheropesgolf.com and we will do our best to help.

## Terms of service
By placing an order with Behind The Ropes Golf you agree to the following.
**Made to order.** Every display case is built after you order it. Production
takes 2-3 weeks before shipping.
**Engraving is final.** You enter and approve your engraving text in the
customizer before adding a case to your cart. We engrave exactly what you
approved, including spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. Please read it
through before you confirm.
**Pricing and availability.** Prices are shown in US dollars and may change
without notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which
case you are refunded in full.
**Product images.** Illustrations and previews show the plate and case layout.
Memorabilia shown in previews is illustrative and is not included with your case.
**Warranty.** Every case carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials
and craftsmanship, described in full on our warranty page. It does not cover
damage from drops, impacts, extreme heat or moisture, or prolonged direct
sunlight.
**Limitation of liability.** Our liability for any order is limited to the amount
you paid for it.
