Our Lifetime Warranty
We build every display case to last a lifetime — and we stand behind that with a warranty that does the same.
What's Covered
Our lifetime warranty covers any defect in materials or craftsmanship for as long as you own your display case, including:
- Wood warping or cracking under normal indoor conditions
- Glass cracking under normal use (not impact damage)
- Hinge, latch, or hardware failure
- Engraving fading or deteriorating
- Foam insert or backing separation
- Wall-mount hardware failure
What's Not Covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
- Damage from extreme heat, moisture, or prolonged direct sunlight
- Normal wood patina over time (this is a feature)
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
How to Make a Claim
- Email warranty@behindtheropesgolf.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll review your claim within 2 business days.
- We'll ship a replacement or arrange a repair at no cost to you.
Transferable
The warranty is tied to the case itself. If you give it as a gift or pass it on, the warranty transfers with it.
