How long does it take to receive my display case?

Standard orders are handcrafted and shipped within 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, getting your case to you in 7–10 business days. Every case is made to order.

How do I submit my personalization details?

After placing your order, leave a note at checkout with your engraving details — your name, tournament name, and years of service. We'll confirm everything with you before engraving. If you forget, just email us at info@behindtheropesgolf.com with your order number.

Can I customize my display case?

Yes — every case can be personalized with your name, tournament name, years of service, and a custom compartment layout. You can also choose from oak, walnut, maple, or cherry wood.

Do you offer group orders?

Yes. We work with tournament committees and volunteer organizations for bulk orders. Groups of 10+ receive special pricing. Contact info@behindtheropesgolf.com for a quote.

What sizes are available?

• Compact (12" × 16") — ideal for 5–10 years of memorabilia
• Full Size (18" × 24") — ideal for 10–20 years
• Extra Large (24" × 36") — ideal for 20+ years

Can I add items to my case after I receive it?

Yes. Our cases are designed to grow with your volunteer career. We also offer replaceable tournament name plates you can order separately for future events.

What wood types are available?

American Oak, Walnut, Maple, and Cherry — all sustainably sourced and handcrafted in the USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. Contact us if you're an international customer and we'll do our best to help.

How is the case packaged?

Every case is packed with protective foam in a double-walled box. Retirement gift orders include premium presentation packaging with a custom message card.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days on non-personalized items. Custom-engraved cases cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. See our full Shipping & Returns policy.

What's covered under the lifetime warranty?

All defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as you own the case — including wood warping, glass issues, hardware failure, and engraving fading. See the full Warranty page.
