Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my display case?

Every case is made to order and handcrafted, then shipped within 2–3 weeks. Delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days after it leaves our shop.

How do I submit my personalization details?

You enter them in the customizer on our home page before you order — name, event, and any role or date you want added. The brass plate updates live as you type, and you approve exactly what will be engraved before adding the case to your cart. There is nothing to send us afterwards. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email info@behindtheropesgolf.com with your order number straight away and we'll correct it if the plate has not been engraved yet.

Can I customize my display case?

Yes. Choose the wood and size, then set the engraving. The name and the tournament or event are required; a role or occasion and a year or span of years are optional lines you can add if you want them.

Do you offer group orders?

Yes. We work with tournament committees and volunteer organizations on multi-case orders. Tell us what you need on our group orders page and we'll come back to you with a quote.

You choose the size in the customizer, and the preview fills with more memorabilia as you size up.

Can I add items to my case after I receive it?

Yes. The cases open, so you can keep adding to a collection as it grows — pick a size with room to spare if you expect it to.

What wood types are available?

American Oak, Walnut, Maple, and Cherry — all sustainably sourced and handcrafted in the USA. Each case in the range is built in one wood; choosing a case chooses the wood.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $200 within the continental United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $8.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. Contact us if you're an international customer and we'll do our best to help.

How is the case packaged?

Every case is packed with protective foam in a double-walled box. The Retirement Honor ships in premium presentation packaging with a custom message card, ready to present.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days on non-personalized items. Custom-engraved cases cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. See our full Shipping & Returns policy.

What's covered under the lifetime warranty?

All defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as you own the case — including wood warping, glass issues, hardware failure, and engraving fading. See the full Warranty page.
