Production Time

Every display case is handcrafted to order in the United States. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. Rush orders (7–10 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping

We ship via UPS and FedEx within the continental United States. Shipping is free on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 are subject to standard rates calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping

Select Rush Production at checkout to reduce production to 7–10 business days. 2-day and overnight shipping are also available at checkout.

Returns

Non-personalized items: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Email info@behindtheropesgolf.com for a prepaid return label.
Personalized/engraved items: Cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please review personalization details carefully at checkout.
Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no charge.
